You Can Change Your Life In 6 Months If You Do This

Achieving all your goals and completely changing your life in 6 months is possible.

But…

During these 6 months.

You have to sacrifice a lot.

Get misunderstood by people.

And spend a hell lot of time alone.

You have all these big goals, but you are not using all your time and focus every day on moving towards them.

You constantly get distracted by so many unwanted things.

Here is an analogy:

Your goal is the destination.

And you are walking towards it on a road.

On the sides of the road, there are shops, circus, food stalls, movie theaters, and all other garbage that are pulling your attention.

They are tempting. So you stop walking and step off the road.

You waste precious time on the sidewalks, completely forgetting about your goal.

And you do this every single day.

That’s why you haven’t achieved your goals yet.

Because every time you step off the road, you lose momentum.

You drift further from your goal without even realizing it.

In our case,

The distractions are,

  1. Social media
  2. Going out with “friends”
  3. Movies, web series, anime
  4. Video games
  5. Porn

The most important thing you need to understand is this: all these distractions not only steal your time and slow you down from achieving your goals.

It also makes it difficult for you to continue walking the road.

For example, if your goal is to become a successful writer online, your walk is writing every day.

But on the sidewalk, there’s Instagram — calling for your attention.

You step off the road, scroll for an hour, and when you return to write… nothing comes.

Because you’ve lost your focus, your rhythm, your creative edge.

Every distraction not only steals your time. It also steals your mental energy and momentum.

If you have ignored all these distractions and completely focused on walking the road.

You would be in a better place right now.

It’s okay.

Past is past.

You can’t change the past. But you can change the present.

Accept the fact that you wasted your time. Accept the fact that you got distracted.

And change now.

For the next 6 months, dedicate all your time and focus on achieving your goals.

You need to lock in and avoid every single distraction.

Stop looking at girls. It’s a waste of time.

Stop hanging out with idiots. It is a waste of time, and their vibration is not good for you.

Stop indulging in instant gratification activities to escape or numb the pain of your current life.

Stop wasting time.

Create a routine for yourself that you can confidently follow, which will take you closer and closer towards your goal.

Yes, you’ll be faced with obstacles while walking down the road, along with all the distractions on the sidewalk.

Those obstacles come in many forms.

Fear.

Self-doubt.

Life’s curveballs.

External circumstances.

Etc…

You should be strong enough, resilient enough to tackle those obstacles and continue on your path.

When faced with an obstacle, don’t quit or slow down. Think about what you can do.

For example, for the last 7 months I was free (jobless), I was hitting the gym every day, writing every day. But now I have a job. I work 9–5.

This made it difficult for me to hit the gym and write every day.

But after understanding this obstacle. I created a plan.

I created a new routine for myself.

I started to wake up at 4 AM and hit the gym for 30 minutes, and write for 45 minutes.

Before my bus arrives at 7:20 AM.

And I also write some drafts while I’m on the bus.

Whenever I get free time at work. I read.

While commuting back home. I watch a podcast or a course.

This is how you overcome obstacles.

If you also work a 9–5.

You might make the excuse, “I am tired after work”.

Guess what? Nobody gives a fuck.

If you want to change your life then fuck how you feel and do the work anyway.

This is what it takes.

You need to lock in, avoid all the distractions, say no to people, and work with full focus at least for 6 months to make a difference in your life.

Yes, you will not feel like waking up at 4 AM after 3 hours of traveling.

Yes, you will not feel like writing after a stressful day of work.

And again…NOBODY. GIVES. A. FUCK.

So stop making excuses.

It is worth sacrificing 6 months to live a better life for the rest of your life than indulging in short-term “pleasures” every day and living a poor life forever.
